The room was everything advertised. Hot tub was large enough for 2! The hotel staff was brilliant, and really matched my energy coming in. Room was Very Clean, and we were even asked if we had any requests for Breakfast the next morning! Tremendous Stay.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was just okay, in fact we only ate once because it wasn't great. The room was clean, but had several little things that needed to be repaired. Note that altho the website states a coffeemaker in every room, that is not the case. The staff told us "people kept breaking them so we removed them". They did provide one when I asked. We were unable to call the front desk re the coffee maker because the phone had no dial tone. We reported the phone problem but it was never replaced.

pros: clean room, staff was friendly. Nice hot tub. Cons: no elevator. I am disabled and I can hardly handle too many steps. My wife and I tried to cancel the reservation. We called the hotel customer service and we got the run around. The phone in the room was useless: no telephone cord! The mattress was too hard and we didn't get a good night's sleep.Breakfast was ok.

Room was clean, beds were comfy with comfy pillows. Check in went well, very friendly employees. Breakfast was a little disappointing. For people who cant have sugar (carbs), plain scrambled eggs would have made our stay almost perfect. Their eggs had potatoes in them. Other than that we would stay again! Pella is beautiful and people in the community were so friendly. Lots to see and do.

Quiet refuge

Parking lot is secure (small town) and plentiful. Hotel is clean and quiet; no bright lights shining in windows. The whole place smells wonderful, but not overpowering! Friendly staff.

No shower curtain. We waited 30 minutes to check in as couple in front of us had problem with their reservation. There was dark green goo on the mirror and countertop of the sink. Beds squeaked very loudly with all movement. Shower containers hadnt been cleaned. There is a clothing iron burn on the counter top near sink. We would NOT recommend this hotel .
