It was great room. Clean and good amenities. Awesome wine glasses had in the fridge. I thought tow things require. If there were fixing,they would be more excellent!!! 1: shower room didn’t have foot mattress. 2: air conditioning was someone setting 17°. I try to turn off 3times , but Again to someone turn on . I’ve felt cold that day. Anyway Hotel has sooo nice. Convenient place. Thank you so much for calming and peaceful time. Sincerely.

Fantastic hotel and staff.

Great location- The hotel was close to local restaurants, cafe’s and the city centre was a 15 minute walk away. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We definitely plan to return and get a massage as well as an overnight stay.

I was despondent at first given that the property was not traditional hotel style; however this though escapes my mind almost instantly. The A/C didn't work on the day we checked in - the temperature was mid 30C, so the room was warm and stuffy. Informed the manager about A/C the next day as it was forecast to reach high 30C. The manager did manage to get someone to come and check the A/C unit out. We had to leave the premises because of the temperature inside. By the time we returned, the manager of the accommodation had left, A/C turned off, a small box of chocolates and alcoholic beverage was left in our room with no explanation. We ate the melted chocolates and left the beverage as we don't drink. The room had a door to balconies, but we couldn't leave it open for fresh air due to insects and security. I understand that facilities fail, but it is the owner's responsibility to maintain the facilities to prevent t this from happening.
