Nothing about this property is appealing. Rooms smell like mildew and had spider webs like they never get cleaned. Found roaches in our first room, went to talk to someone at the front desk, she had her children sleeping in the floor while she was passed out in the corner. Service bell woke up her kids but not her and her kids woke her up. She offered me a different room but said i could only have it that one night due to it being booked. Found roaches in there as well as more spider webs and mold spots. They were also reluctant to issue refunds to me and several other guests that had the same issue. Literally the worst place i have ever stayed. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Horrible experience!

The room was infested with roaches and bugs. My family woke up with bite marks and itching, especially my 3 year old. Shower curtain was filthy in the bathroom. Breakfast was horrible. Management tried to clean after we complained. Several other guest complained about the bugs in their room as well. Manager said he could not refund any money because I booked online.

Rooms are in poor shape, carpet dirty, commodes very stained, all amenities listed are not in rooms. Apple juice was out (which I love); breakfast was ok (I only ate cereal). Location is great, and the lady at the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful. This hotel was the only place available for stay during state baseball playoffs. I would not stay here again.
