The food was expensive and the quality was not worth the price. The website said food was included at $10 per guest and it was not charged that way. Every day for my family my room was charged more than $200 extra dollars for food service. It didn't taste gourmet even the name of the food was fancy. So no, the hole in the wall was a hoax.

If i would of know this hotel was going through so much construction i b wouldnt of booked it.. daytime was so loud. One of the ladies working in the lobby was extremely rude. I wanted some peace from the day to day busyness of my work life spent over 2k for a huge disappointment. Hassan was the only good thing about the property

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was ongoing construction at the front lobby, and additional construction in the back where the parking lot was fenced off, making access to the pools and restaurant difficult—both of which were also fenced off. There were very few signs or directions to help guests navigate the property, which added to the frustration. After finally figuring out how to reach the lobby, the key to our assigned room didn’t work, so I had to return to the front desk. Once we got into the room, we found the carpets to be filthy and the couch stained. I requested a new room, and while I don’t have the name of the staff member who helped us, he was very kind and accommodating. He offered us another room, but sadly it was in the same poor condition. At that point, we decided to leave and book a different hotel. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Save money and stress, go somewhere else

Definitely won’t be staying here again. It was so hot in the room even with the air at 66, it would cool down and escape under the door. So hot if you don’t have constant movement! Need a fan for sure, it was awful mid may. The toilet randomly over flowed for no reason in the world so had us on high alert the whole time. There was no conditioner but they did bring it when we did ask, the River ranch was insanely priced and too packed to even try to get any drinks if we tried. The regular pools were much nicer and worth it. We weren’t able to park, the parking lots were filled and the rest was fenced off This place is run down and not worth the extreme rates we paid and reserved months ahead. Won’t recommend it and will take my Hilton Honors card somewhere else.
