All staff was very polite especially the young lady that checked us in she made sure we had every need taken care of , room was clean. Breakfast was good I receive the wrong breakfast but staff replaced it and apologized. It would be nice if they would keep the pool and lazy river open at night that would be awesome. 👍 up would stay there again

We got one of the worst rooms it seemed, oldest and very stained living furniture, no microwave, shower knob was almost falling apart could barely turn on the shower. Not sure how they decide who gets what room but noticed the neighbors rooms same size with newer furniture and much more cleaner.

This hotel should not be operating during renovations. It is old, run-down, and feels like a construction zone. None of this was disclosed before booking, which is completely dishonest. Noise, dust, blocked areas, and outdated rooms made this stay miserable. Paying full price for this is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs until renovations are finished — and only if they start being honest with their guests.

Part of the hotel is new and updated and half of the hotel is very old and run down. The management was responsive enough but the front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming at check in. If the hotel was not convenient to my office for a work trip I would not stay there. I would under no circumstances visit as a resort with my family.

Staff are amazing. Product is less good. New room smell moldy and have dresser drawer handles that pertrude and are sharp. Two of our 14 guests have bruises. The River Park is still great, but the new owners have gutted what made this place a great place to take your family. Bummer!

Under complete construction, elevators down, most restaurants, bars not up and running, pool closes at 4pm, no food after 9pm. We had to leave to eat. We booked a resort so we didn’t have to leave . It was a total disappointment .
