We rented this hotel because on the website you advertise a heated pool. When we went to the pool about 7:00 pm the pool temperature seemed to be the same as the outside temperature of 65 degrees. Everything else about this location was great, but we will not stay here again because of the false advertising.

The hotel was fine. Huge rooms! Staff was ok friendly. Not super professional. I was charged a refundable incident fee of $100 when I arrived. A fee I was not aware of. One of the elevators wasn’t working our last day. The quality of the hotel was ok. Definitely a value hotel. I did not like the location. Close to interstates but not walkable to anything. Dove shampoo etc was nice.
