We checked in and were asked to wait 15 minutes because room wasn't ready, after check in time. Went to room and maintenance wouldn't let us in due to work being done. They got us another room in a less desirable location. Make no mistake, this is a smoking hotel. They allow smoking on balconies outside of rooms and smoke gets sucked into your room through ventilation and a/c system. Both cigarette and marijuana stench was in our room and the hallways. The hallway carpets are filthy. There was never a person at the front desk except when we checked in and when we checked out several days later. Would never recommend this hotel nor ever stay here again.

Room felt neglected. Toilet seat was broken at the hinges. One of the bath towels either had been subjected to mold or grease not sure which but didn’t want to use it. Also the coffee you offer in the room was unfortunately like hot water.

This is not a hotel for seniors. No grab bars in shower. No Bible is room. TV did not work. The key card had to be reenergized every other day. No recomemded.

Pluses: Frig & microwave, full length mirror. Minuses: Shower slippery, no grab bar. Water pressure was like a jackhammer. Only light in bedroom was one glary ceiling light (not usable for this migraine sufferer) and a desk lamp. Staff kindly found another desk lamp for me to use next to my bed but it was still very dark in the room. Noisy in the hallway every night -- hard to sleep. We never found an elevator. Not a problem except when carrying luggage. Hard to explain, but windows/door to small balcony, were set up in such a way that we could not prevent outside "night light" from coming in. There was a mirror nearby, so the light was doubled. Annoying things: No hoods (i.e. back of bathroom door), TV was TOTALLY off center from the piece of furniture under it and from the bed! The water in the bathroom sink came out barely more than a trickle.

Bed was not comfy, the lighting in the room was also harsh like an interrogation light harsh. On Google search, the summary description needs to be updated- there is no free breakfast, and there is no room service. The tub and toilet look old- the tub had rust stains, but they both still work.

Rooms were dirty, 1st room we got smelled so bad and was very dirty like it wasnt cleaned hair all over. Told girl at front desk wanted another room got another was dirty and still had an odor but we had to make it work. Blankets had cigarette holes in them shower didnt stay hot and would change temps with out touching it. AC and heater smelled bad. Requested new blankets from front desk and they just left sheets. Hallways were disgusting housekeeping seem to not care when it come to cleaning or turning rooms. Floors were nasty. I brought family from out of town with my baby and people banging on our door at night smh people yelling i would not recommend staying there, especially if you have children.People hanging out in parking lot after hours was scary experience and the whole place smelled of smoke. I wish i could get my money back or something to reimburse that experience.
