The room was great, and the main pools were gorgeous and would make anyone fall in love with the place, specially that there is no beach for swimming. However to maintain a status of a resort it should have at least another option of a restaurant. there is only one and it takes a very long time. The staff tries but, since there is only one option it is not enough and guests have to eat there whether they want to or not. So a cafeteria with snacks and fast food options would be a great idea to implement, specially for families with children. The staff was great, very kind and attentive to guests needs.

I would not stay here again. The place was very dirty. There was trash and litter all over the place include outside my door the whole time despite my request it be cleaned up and around the pool. The actual buildings and paths are also just very dirty and need pressure cleaning. The slippers in the room were not clean but used. The breakfast was fine but geared toward Russian clientele. There was a large broken glass pane at the pool behind which is a 15 m drop. I warned the hotel that two orange cones was insufficient. I was ignored. Most of the staff spoke very limited English. There was unannounced construction

All need to be renovated. The only good thing about it was the view. Breakfast/ food was allways cold when servied. Understaffed. to many stairs. Bugs got into our room from under front door. No fly screens. Bugs flying around the food at buffet should be covered. Bath/shower was to hard to get in and out. not a 4 star at all.

Supalai Scenic Bay Resort and Spa was a dream to stay at, so peaceful and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and kind, I felt at home. The room was clean. The food was delicious. I will be back :)

Loved the villa. We went to the restaurant near the lobby a few times. The service was not good and was very slow and unorganized. We went to the coffee shop on the beach and it was wonderful!

They should advertise that this is a multi level hoymtel with no elevator and that there are a lot of stairs to climb. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The restaurant was incredibly slow. Waitvtime after ordering was 3 hours. The breakfast buffetvwas good. The rooms were large, with a balcony and clean. Be aware it is in a remote area with no restaurant close by. It was about 30 min to town but they did have a shuttle. I liked the hotel and the views but if you want eating options and/or night life you need to stay in town.

Supalai Resort is a great hotel. The staff are terrific and are very responsive to any requests. The views are great. It is quite remote so be prepared to just chill in place. Rocky’s Jetskiing is just down the road and is worth doing. And there is a little family run restaurant down road that offers some terrific options.

L’hotel est un peu isolé, mais ce n’est pas un soucis car il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place. La vue est incroyable. 2 piscines tres sympa. Une navette qui vous descend a la plage en bas. Chambre tres bien. Prix du restaurant tres correct. Juste le service ou parfois ils sont un puu perdu. Mais ca ne gache rien au sejour passé dàs cet hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a brilliant view, but... Restaurant is terrible, food terrible, personal without interest. You are in the middle of nowhere without alternatives, you are ready to pay this price but not for what you are receiving. SPA??? You have to find it. To get somewhere is expensive. But if you just want to spend time at the pool or beach and not expect any service this is the nice place. No one wilk disturb you.

Wonderful staff, amazing views, clean room, nice pools, the breakfast was good- lots of selection. Good for relaxing by the pool or on your balcony- not a place if you want to hang out on a beach or be in the middle of the chaos. I really enjoyed my stay, the view was incredible!

Comfortable well appointed room, nice pool, good restaurant with excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. The hotel is high on a hill overlooking the beach, so beach access is a short drive or long walk.
