One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It has a great view of the island. 6 floors so get a great view of pigeon forge. Very clean, great breakfast variety with waffles is a must, friendly staff

The Walden was a beautiful property, clean, friendly personnel, OK breakfast, warm pool and hot tubs in and outdoors, beautiful outdoor seating area. There are a lot of options in pigeon Forge, but we would choose this one again.

Courteous staff, but for some reason check-in in the Pigeon Forge area is being shifted to 4 PM. All that does is cause people to show up promptly at 4 to create a logjam.
