Hotel was great.

This was a last minute trip. This hotel overall was great. The only thing that ruined it was the lack of parenting for kids. Kids ran everywhere with no parents in sight. Saw a toddler jump in a slide who was 22 months old and not tall enough because the worker couldn’t grab him. The staff was amazing. The hotel was amazing.

We have stayed here a few times. Very kid friendly. Not super adult friendly. We keep getting stuck in the second building and there are no amenities there, you have to walk to the main building. They have resort drink cups and soda fountain but again you have to go to the main building. You really should put a drink machine in the second build. Pool access is also in the main building. If you get the main building, you should be good. Also, suggest no kids in the hot tub. There should be one thing that’s for the adults.

I loved the water park and arcade for my daughter. I would of liked that the inside waterpark slides to open sooner then 2p and that more of the games worked but i thought everything was reasonably priced!

I was looking for a small getaway for my kids and this was very kid friendly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was I selected a Sunday-Tuesday hoping that would be less crowded, but the outdoor slides wasn’t open on Weekdays. I wasn’t a fan 4:00 check in time.

Wonderful family friendly stay. I would avoid the food, as it wasn’t much better than something you’d get from Dollar Tree (coffee from the coffee shop was okay). Other than that, swimming facilities were great and clean, activity well suited for young children, and the rooms were cozy and clean. They even give your kiddos a scavenger hunt to do in the room where they have to unlock a chest for “treasure” which my kiddos loved. TV Chanels didn’t match what was on the Chanel guide but, not a big deal. Overall I would stay here again!

My family really enjoyed the waterpark and all the amenities like the restaurants and bakery. The arcade and bowling alley is geared specifically towards small children so my 3 and 4 year old had tons of fun. The staff and customer service is the only thing I considered low on the scale. They don’t include cleaning service and when asked if they could simply vacuum the room, they required a $30+ charge. I thought that was a bit ridiculous as it isn’t a cheap hotel and we stayed for 6 nights. Aside from that I really enjoyed the stay.

Fun Stay

This property allows you and your family to have everything that you could possibly need in this hotel so that you don’t have to go out and I love that. The pool was open, but the rides were not, but it was an amazing stay very clean.
