The room was clean and comfortable. This property is within walking distance to the Pirates Voyage dinner show, the Island entertainment, and several other dining and shopping experiences. I would definitely stay here again.

Woke up one morning to a grown man standing in my room while i was sleeping, yelling at me for my towels so he could switch them out. very unprofessional, very uncomfortable, and down right disrespectful. front desk worker said it was acceptable and i HAD to have my dnd tag on the door if i didn’t want them to ENTER my room with no permission

Good stay very happy

It was a nice motel and close to everything so you could walk. Walked to the island in like 3 minutes. It was clean, friendly and comfortable. Definitely will be staying again. Pool was not as clean as I would of liked it to be it was cloudy, but the rest was nice

We found the room clean and its in a great location. My family likes staying here. Parking is lacking but, the location overcomes that. Great economical and clean hotel.

Cheaper hotel but not worth the money

The room was not the cleanest if you walked barefooted your feet was black from the nasty floor. The beds was not comfortable at all!

Dirty sheets, felt like we had to keep shoes on the entire time in the room. Didn't even have a drink machine or vending machine. Wouldn't recommend.

The front desk people were not friendly, just seemed bored or indifferent. The room was clean but vastly misrepresented in photos. it’s in a pretty noisy location, and the pool was so dirty and cloudy. The elevator smells of mildew and the ice machine was dirty.

Save your money and little ones bodies from bugs!!

This place was absolutely horrible!! They have bedbugs it’s disgusting dirty!! Hair on walls! Sticky on every surface!! Electrical hazards everywhere! It needs to be shut down. Please drop them from listings like your competition did!! The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life making several trips a year coming to this area! we’ve never left a hotel never we did this one!! Save your money!!
