Treat yourself for cheap

Awesome place! We had a studio. It’s clean- all areas! The bed and shower were good. The towels actually dried your body. I would definitely come back and bring my young adult children and get an apartment. Has a clean classy game room-pool, ping pong and foosball. Walking distance to many restaurants. Loved the fact that every time we came back the elevator door was open to go in. The room rate was incredibly low for what we experienced! Parking is 30 a day but you are in a city. Only negative-the parking garage is narrow and twisty. We couldn’t figure out how to check out the roof.

Despite potential and room size, I would not stay here again. It has a very neglected and abandoned feeling. The check in took 7 seconds. Which may sound wonderful…. But it was rude. I appreciate efficient, but this was disinterest. There are no amenities. And the roof top was closed for a private event. That means the hotel charges you, locks you out, then makes money off the rooftop again. Shameful. And the game room closes at 9pm. Which is the exact time u want a game room. The outside of the hotel is nothing but drug dealers and prostitution. Do not stay here. I would rather pay twice as much and get half the perks. I would still be ahead.

The hotel was beautiful. The room had a lot of imperfections, broken things but it was fine also the rooftop was closed the entire time we were there which was something we were lookong forward too

Stayed here last year and it was nice. This year it was dirtier, the ice and water machine in the room didn't work. There was no chair in the living room. One desk clerk was great... Christian and the other, Steve was surely both years. For almost 400;a night I expect better.

a shabby spot downtown

I'm not sure how "executives" like living, but for a regular hotel, this was a bust. Most of the shades on our windows were broken, leaving us with almost no view. The whole place was kind of stale and without any real warmth. There were strange fluids on some surfaces. There were weird things broken or scuffed here and there. And the overall vibe was maybe almost creepy, in kind of an American Psycho kind of way.

The property was spacious for a family of four. We loved access to the rooftop and The basketball court. However, the overall condition and cleanliness of the place was not what I would expect for a rental of the price we paid. For example, the floor has several bumps in it, the toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet seat was very loose. In addition, the sink and showered were not very clean when we got the appartment, so we washed them ourselves. Not what I was expecting from the pictures and in general from a high end rental.

Great Location! Questionable Service

The room was terrific, with great views of the city and a full kitchen. The check in was awkward as we’d asked for early check-in. We were told they’d call when the room was ready but they never called. The message was not communicated to the new person at the front desk. The first morning we were woken with terrible construction noise coming from inside the building at 7am. It was insanely loud and made that morning unpleasant.

The pictures are not what you're getting! We were in a bunker with the windows 8-10 feet high where you had NO VIEW. While the unit was large and as described, it wasn't what was portrayed in the pictures.
