Great stay!

We stayed here for two nights with four kids. It was a great stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, the pool was fine, and the fitness center was good. It's a great neighborhood by the stadiums. We could walk along the riverfront and cross the bridges into the city. We will stay here again if we return to Pittsburgh.

The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service training.
