I have stayed here twice, when in Pittsburgh. It is a good value. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold options.

Budget accommodations, property needs some love

The hotel has a kitchenette and sleeps five, which is nice. The carpet, furniture, TV and linens must be 20 years old. The bathroom is small and the air vent in the bathroom was clogged with at least 10 years of dust. The staff was friendly. The combination makes this a budget choice only.

The kitchenette is great with utensils and dishes provided. Breakfast has limited meat or eggless options such as no potato wedges or baked potatoes or fruits. The sofa beds weren't comfortable. Cleaning services may be improved from once a week to may be alternate day.

Not impressed

We encounter a few cleanliness issues in the hotel room (dried blood on the sheets) and when we approached the front desk about changing the sheets we were told we had would have them taken care of. We returned that night to have nothing changed. Room service is only provided once during a 3 night stay which is fine but we stayed for 3 nights and didn’t receive a service once (even after we requested the sheets be changed). Despite all this, I would have left a more positive review but the front desk night crew was very defensive about us asking to have sheets changed (even went and insinuated it was our fault since the sheets were the same ones we had since we checked in). I don’t recommend staying here.

Not very clean. The door had something smeared on it. The room just didn't look clean. The staff wasn't nice the person in the dining area had an attitude. A bag of trash stayed in the hallway from Friday- Sunday..
