Our stay was amazing! Felt as if we were staying with family. As soon as we walked in they knew welcomed us and knew us. They even wished my daughter a Happy Birthday! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Anything we needed they made sure they were there to help with whatever. Room was amazing and clean. Hotel Manager introduced himself and made me feel like family. Great staff and manager! Overall recommend this 100%!! Definitely will be coming back soon!

Bedding, rooms first class. Staff not as attentive during breakfast. Lots of staff around... just our particular waitress was a bit missing. Never got a 2nd cup of coffee, nor offered a cup. I found myself looking around for her.. then just gave up. At time of payment... it seemed to lag, there were other conversations with her and the staff that seemed to prolonge her assertiveness to the task. There were only 2 or 3 tables in the whole restaurant.. so it was not that you guys were busy.

Rooms great. Services was terrible at the bar and restaurant. Called front desk, valet and guest services for an iron and no answer. Had to get dressed and go down to the desk and noone was behind the desk. The entire operation needs work. Get a mew GM!!!
