The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the riches of the Jade Coast; renowned for its succession of small blonde sandy coves, the Porteau and Sainte Marie sur Mer district benefits from being both calm while remaining close to the town of Saint Marie (Pornic municipality) and the beaches. First-floor apartment with independent entrance, offers two double bedrooms (140 cm beds) and a convertible sofa that can thus accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation consists of an independent equipped kitchen with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and dishwasher. The kitchen and TV-WIFI lounge give you access to a 16m² terrace without overlooking neighbours, with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers and shade cloths on beautiful days) and a plancha. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer and oysters from the Bourgneuf bay, the famous Ice Creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel", the "Le curé Nantais" which is as good hot as cold, and in moderation the local beers from "La Brigantine".
