Absolutely love staying at this hotel! We have stayed at this hotel twice and were not disappointed either time.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The perfect area to stay when visiting Portland. Most everything is walkable.

The building stands out like a sore thumb. Maybe deviate a bit from the Hyatt materials/color template when expanding into similar historical neighborhoods. Missed opportunity for a signature hotel.

Door wouldn't close unless pushed hard, metallic sounds coming from ac, no amenities like pool or water fill station, bathroom partially remodeled, valet changed seat settings and had radio blasting, bars and dispensary across street, homeless and needles found on the street outside.

Our only negative was the noise level from rooms above. The type of flooring conducts noise more easily than carpet. I do appreciate the ability to clean these floors over carpeting though.
