Olemme muutaman askeleen päässä keltaisesta MAX-kevytrautatien Killingsworth-asemasta, josta voit lyhyen matkan päässä Mississippi-viihdealueelta, Rose Quarter Moda -keskuksesta, Portlandin keskustasta, Kentonin viihdealueesta ja Expo-keskuksesta. Lähistöllä on paikallisia naapurustoja, ravintoloita, ruokakärryjä, kahviloita ja paljon muuta.

Sinulla on koko talo, jossa on keittiö, ruokailutila ja 3 yksityistä queen-sviittiä: Shroom-huone, Summit-huone ja Ahvenhuone. Kaikissa 3 sviitissä on paikallisen taiteilijan taidetta, queen-vuode, jossa on huippuluokan vuodevaatteet ja kolminkertaiset lakanat, oma kylpyhuone suihkulla, 40 tuuman kaapeli-tv ja ilmainen WIFI.

Asun etuosassa. Lomakoti / hotelli on ajotieltä takapihan portin läpi. Käytän useimpia iltapäiviä ja iltoja vastaamaan kaikkiin kysymyksiin ja auttamalla vierailustasi suurta!

Mukavuuksiin kuuluu keittiö w / kattilat, pannut, astiat ja astiat, kahvinkeitin, jossa on ilmainen tuore jauhettu kahvi paikallisesta Red E Coffeehousesta, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, 40 tuuman kaapelitelevisio jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja ilmainen WIFI. Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Swan Island. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The host was a good communicator. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. It does say there is garage parking but that has been turned into a living room with a bathroom and bar area so no garage parking.

Had a pleasant stay here–great location within several blocks of a few lovely coffee shops, easy access to great downtown spots and to the highway, never had any trouble getting in or out of the property. Having 3 bedrooms each with individual bathroom worked perfectly for us! Beds and rooms were cozy. Kitchen table was all we needed for hanging out as we were out exploring every day (didn't use living room space). Owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Fantastic rental

I recently stayed at this Vrbo rental and had a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as listed, with no surprises. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that it was impeccably clean, which set a positive tone for the entire stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring that we all got a great night's sleep. The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the outdoor fire pit, which provided a wonderful setting for evening gatherings under the stars.The kitchen was impressively large and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners together. Our host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always available to answer any questions we had and to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

The 3 suites were what we needed for our visit. We were having a family "get together", so spent most of our time out and about. The separate sitting area was great for the TV watchers in our group. One television in the bedroom suite didn't work.

It was our second time staying at the property and everything was fine except for the WiFi issue. We had issues with the TVs working because of the WiFi signal and even after it was upgraded, we still had issues including on the last day of our stay.

3 suites great for 6 adults

This location has very easy access to yellow line and highways. Many restaurants, breweries, and coffee close by and walkable. Great way for 6 adults to have 3 separate suites! Living room is a little small with only 2 love seats in detached garage so may need to bring in extra chairsfor all to be in there at once

Great house

The house was beautiful! and slept 6 people. There were many shops close by, and the neighborhood was nice. We are able to park in his driveway, which is huge, since it is hard to park everywhere. However, there seems to be a bit of homeless problem everywhere in Oregon so it was a little hard to venture around, but the property was great and the host was amazing.

Would Book Again

The property was very clean and in a convenient location for the purpose of our visit to see family in Oregon and Washington state. It was a breeze to get to anything in downtown Portland from this home. The three self-contained suites were perfect accomadations for 3 life-long friends instead of deciding who gets the primary suite versus the secondary rooms in a traditional rented home. We used all three gathering spaces (kitchen table, outdoor space [including fire pit], and the converted garage living area space) with our family when they visited us at our home away from home. For a first time visitor to the Pacific NW, this home was perfect with its cleanliness and location. I think the home is perfectly suited for three friends like our party or parents with a couple of children.

Clean and cozy house

This is a hotel style property with three rooms and a bathroom in each room. The kitchen, dining, and laundry are together in one room. The rooms are tiny, but functional. The small yard is lovely. The location is very convenient. The next door is a gas station. We enjoyed the stay. The only issue that might concern people is no dishwasher.

Nice place - we'd stay again

It was just my GF and me - we'd been to Portland previously and stayed outside the city and couldn't get in because of horrible traffic - we thought this time, we'd stay inside the city and avoid all that. The Good - It's a separate house behind the owner's property with a driveway spot for the rental car. It looks to be new construction that could accommodate up to 3 couples or a small family. Nice little kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of pots/pans/silverware/plates. There's a garden spot out back with lots of flowers that my GF love sitting amongst. The individual air conditioners worked very well. A variety of little restaurants/bars that, if you're young, are within walking distance or, if you're getting on in years like we are, are just a short drive away. The host was very responsive -T/ I asked about an ironing board and iron, which wasn't there, but magically appeared later. Even though he lives in a separate house in front, he was friendly and not obtrusive in any way. We usually saw him only when he was watering the plants. The Bad: Nothing, really. There's a light rail stop nearby as well as a service station next door. You can hear the bells, but they are not obnoxiously loud and certainly gave us no problems. Only thing missing was a dishwasher, but I washed dishes by hand until I was 30, so personally it wasn't a big deal for me.

Excellent for our group!

This listing fit our group needs very well, and makes sense for those that can make use of the three suite setup. The space is used quite effectively, creating the three suites, but note the rooms are not large, and the bathrooms are tiny, but all of it has what travelers need. The outdoor and second living space were very pleasant in our travel window (early summer), but may not be so during other times of the year. The host was responsive to our queries; there weren’t many. For what a group gets, we can definitely recommend this property and the host.

Exactly what we needed.

This was a great little property right across the street from the rail for public transportation. We loved being super close to the train. It definitely made exploring the city much easier. The house was in perfect condition. It was the best use of space that any of us had seen in a long time. We all enjoyed our accommodations and would definitely stay here again.
