I wouldn't recommend this stay for anyone visiting Positano. It is located in upper Positano, so everything is a bit far away. Typically, that's ok because you can use taxi's but they're very hard to come by around the area, in addition to all of the stairs you have to climb.
There are at least 50 stairs you have to haul your luggage up/down to get to the main door. The beds are rock hard, and the shower is fit for a toddler (not a full-size adult).
I left for the day and came back to broken glass on the floor, which I did not do. I contacted Andrea (the property manager), and there was no concern about it. The glass was left until the following morning (big shards of glass). As if that wasn't bad enough, we woke up to ants all over the place. They were all over the floor and up the wall; it was a complete infestation. When I mentioned it to Andrea, I was blamed for possibly eating food inside the room. There is no possible way for the infestation that was there to have come from "eating in the room," it had been there long before then.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the views were nice. If you're looking for a place to stay in Positano, you can certainly find better lodging accommodations than this one.
