It is a wonderful hotel to stay in Prague. It is right in the center of the city no matter to the old town or new town with very easy access to metro station. It is a very friendly hotel from its staff to all of the details of the room. The morning breakfast is very nice.

I loved my stay here!! It’s right in the center of everything, and you’re on the main shopping street which is large and closed off for cars- just pedestrians. As it was in the middle of all of the attractions we simply walked everywhere- the castle across the river and little restaurants in the old town, I mean everywhere. The hotel was beautiful. Some of the photos might make it seem old, and i was afraid that it would be unkept, but it was beautifully decorated and tidy in a way that honored the old style of the place while making it seem new. We met a kind woman at the front desk who was beyond helpful and really sweet! Thank you to her. When we arrived we got some complimentary champagne delivered to the room, and breakfast the next day was pretty variable. There was lots to choose from, and it was really good, healthier and most of it seemed actually made there and not just from packages like in america!! Couldn’t have stayed at a better hotel.

This is a GREAT place to stay! It's right in the middle of the action, but it's in a safe area and convenient if you need to be picked up for something. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go, and there was great shopping nearby. There were also great amenities, and the room itself was clean and spacious. I would live here if I could.

I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is walking distance to Old town square, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square and Havelské tržiště (market). Lots of dining and shopping in the area. Hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport, and an amazing breakfast each morning. Hotel staff were all super nice and friendly and always happy to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. They even packed us a great breakfast to take to the airport. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again if ever in Prague!
