Everything was great. Food, service, cleanliness top marks. Only discomfort was the air condition was set to 23degree Celsius permanently, would have been great if we are given the option to adjust temperature of the air con.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly. Many food places in the vicinity, local restaurants and fast food too. Easy transport links with tram stop round the corner but you can also walk if need be.
