This gorgeous little cottage is absolutely awesome! It is three easy blocks to The Courthouse Square and Historic Whiskey Row. You’ll love it because of the location and the ambience. As it is fully turn-key furnished and ready to occupy, you only need to bring your clothes and food. Hi Definition Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Roku, and all the modern conveniences are included as well central air conditioning & heat. With vaulted ceilings, skylights and lovely, large windows, is bright and airy. The patio home is situated in the very back of my back yard in a quiet alleyway between Carlton and Goodwin Streets. The patio area is fenced in for pets, which require a non refundable fee.

Great location

Owner was awesome! Location is walking distance to downtown and great restaurants. Finding the cottage is a little tricky. Check her directions, don’t depend on maps.

Quick walk to downtown Prescott!

My wife and I took out 4 month old son up north to get out of the Phoenix heat and we loved this cottage. It was a quick walk to downtown Prescott. It had everything we needed as far as space and amenities. We hope to stay here again!

I stayed at the cottage for the summer. It was fantastic. If you need something Kerrie calls you right back or is at your door. When I arrived the place was spotless, including the stove & fridge. Every available space is used for this residence. I found it to be very comfortable & cozy and I felt safe there I will be back.

Quiet and very homely

Absolutely loved this cute little cottage. It had all the amenities that we were looking for and more. We were in town for a softball tournament which happened to be 3 blocks away from the home which worked out perfect. Loved the neighborhood and the ease of the location.
