Surprisingly Great For Kids!

I was honestly shocked! I was a little embarrassed to stay at a casino with kiddos. Especially in a family town like Prescott. It was great! We have stayed in a lot of other local area hotels but never here. This one is definitely now “in rotation!”

Run away

This hotel was the biggest disappointment. Dirty and dingy...Our shower had mold in it. The shower head only allowed a trickle of water to come out. I called the front desk to ask for a manager call back to have these issues addressed and never had anyone call back. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, nothing was fixed and there were extremely loud construction sounds above us. Come to find out they were renovating the floor above us. Long story short, we ended up moving to a new hotel. The manager did give us a credit for the issues but we will not ever stay there again.

Facade of a nice room

The place itself was great on the outside, bar was nice, room>not so much. Air vents clearly hadn't been touched in literally years; the so called cleaning of the rooms, sub-par. After two nights of rolling around in the bed trying to reach comfort with dead 10+ yr old pillows and the worlds cheapest sheets, my elbows were literally red. Ive stayed in nicer, cleaner and more comfortable motel 6 type rooms. Again the bar and staff were great, the room was an extreme disappointment.

Nice place and fun casino.

Great location and view. The casino was a lot of fun. The hotel is convenient to downtown and shopping. We had a blast in Prescott and can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable beds

Our room wasn’t ready for 3:00 check-in when we got there, it was a good sized room. The beds were comfortable. It didn’t feel super clean, but probably just from overuse. Coffee shop, spa, room service all were closed in the afternoon. It’s ok for the night, but wouldn’t stay for an extended amount of time.

Old and dirty

Absolutely awful. Bed was uncomfortable and old. Requested the room with a couch bed and there was no bedding for the couch bed. Asked for bedding and waited for 1 1/2 hours (10:00 pm). The main bed had a slope to it towards the floor. Provided only 2 towels for 4 people. Elevators had a 30 minute wait to use. Pool area was “out of order.” They were booked to capacity and clearly couldn’t handle it.

Very very old. Bathroom needs some TLC for sure. Old grout, gross tub, bad bathroom lighting. Carpet in the room was disgusting and looked like it was the original from the 1800s. Definitely needed a good clean. The dressers and night stands had about an inch of dust on them. There was only one elevator working and at one point we waited 20 minutes for it to come to our floor. Very disappointing for a labeled “Resort”. Will not be staying here again.
