The room was good to start our 3 night stay but there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom had only one face cloth and although replaced stayed at one. The empty tissue box was not replaced. The bed was not made after night two. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

the room appeared to be cleaned, however because we were in a pet room, the carpet smelled like urine. The staff had opened the window prior to our arrival to air out, however when closed the window , the smell was evident. Rug is hard to utilize in rooms for pets. Another floor covering would be suggested. the television we could not figure out how to get to the channels. It would turn on however to access we could not figure out not matter what we tried. decided to go to bed it was late anyhow. Instructions by remote would be wonderful. Overall small minor details.....the breakfast was great, pricing was fabulous, pet friendly, location easy to find, felt safe, staff very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious.

The curtain on the sliding door was filthy, the wallpaper by the door had something splashed on it and was stained. Dust and kinder surprise wrappers on the floor under the bed by the headboard. The room needs a good overall cleaning and wall wash. The continental breakfast was exceptional and the lady who made it was so friendly.
