I was placed in a room next to the elevator shaft, which clunked loudly every time someone used it. I doubt I had 2 hours of sleep the first night. They moved me the second night 4 doors down from the elevator yet I could still hear it at 4:00 am I asked for a discount, but they said I couldn't get one because I booked through Expedia. I received 5000 points toward future room bookings, but I would prefer to have a partial refund on my room rate from Expedia
