The night clerk was a beaming ray of sunshine. Of course, I am being facetious here as they were very rude, inpatient (with the people checking in prior to me), and really needed an attitude adjustment. Not sure this is the public face your brand wants at their front desk.

The condition isn't like Fairfield by Marriott. It looks old, and the hallways and my room smell bad. I was forced to go buy air fresheners to put in the room. My room was 315. The breakfast very good! I work for Courtyard Marriott in Boston.

As a Marriott member I should have called directly Arrived from Florida late 12:45 AM We received a room for handicap person no vanity just a sink, low bed,no dresser a shelf, room smelled like a dirty dog. G loors and rug dirty. My grey socks were discussing Were we to tired to go ask fir another room. Oh Lastly we were room next to elevator Which would be great if we were in need to have it close. Maybe they were out of rooms but as seniors ourselves Marriott could do better
