The Space: This charming and beautifully updated, detached condo is located just three minutes from P-town's coveted Commercial Street, and just another minute to the beach. A rare find, Standish Vantage has a prime location walkable to downtown Provincetown and the ferry, plus a private backyard oasis with six-foot cedar privacy fencing that will make you feel like you are a world apart.
There are several “outdoor rooms” for guests to enjoy. Stop by the local fish market for the catch of the day, and grill dinner on the deck, which provides a teak dining set that seats up to six people. There is also a small seating area at the back corner of the yard and a covered porch with a beadboard ceiling perfect for lounging in the shade. After a day at the beach, wash off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower, which offers an impressive view of the Pilgrim Monument. Don’t worry, once the sun goes down, you can still take advantage of the outdoor living space because of the newly installed landscape lighting system.
