The room was clean - king room. The breakfast was nice. No option for a bathtub unfortunately. Pool in heavy use with kids so not an option for us. Hall noise is disruptive at night despite quiet time notice in hall by elevator. Appears all the guests grouped together based on the cleaning carts despite 4 floors and lower occupancy based on cars in the parking lot and lack of snow. Rate was good at this time and would stay again if rate is similar.

Rooms were in good condition. Out of the three places we stayed, Hyatt Place had the best bed. However, the breakfast was pretty mediocre (e.g. bacon bits instead of strips of bacon, salsa a bit sour, etc.). I also was a fan of the first come first serve late check out that prioritizes premium Hyatt members. The hotel also was under construction which meant interior stairs weren’t available for my wife who has a phobia of elevators. She could only come up and down through outdoor stairs.
Fire pit was not working because of construction
Not the biggest fan of their breakfast
No tortillas allowed in the toaster

It was a wonderful stay and the staff were very friendly. The pool and hot tub had quite a few bugs in them, but nothing too concerning. That's just the part of enjoying the amenities outside. Great location!

Easy check in & out. Friendly staffs. Wonderful breakfast buffet: 2 different eggs, bacon bits, sausages, hot oatmeal, toast, Bagels,donut holes, cereals, milk, juices, coffees. Walking distance from the outlet.
