The rooms are extremely outdated and unsanitary. The food options are very, very limited. Many times there are just scraps of food to be found and whatever food you do find is cold, undercooked, and not edible. Customer service is nonexistent. The entire place needs a major overhaul. I was scheduled to stay for a total of seven nights and had to check out early after just one night there. That’s how bad the hotel is.

It lacked options of things to do for everyone throughout the day. The buffet restaurant was pretty good. Lacked enough staff to provide drinks for each meal. The Mexican restaurant was pretty good. I expected more since it did require a reservation.

Evelyn the manager was great, but unfortunately food was horrible and most people didn’t care. I was expecting a very relaxing time and my wife almost had an asthma attack. Room very humid and the air condition was really bad. I was trying to get a refund and leave earlier but I knew the cancellation policies were not good for me and Evelyn changed our mind and got a different room and it was perfect for us. But the whole experience wasn’t good and it wasn’t cheap either for a family of 4. I can get a 5 star hotel in Punta Cana for the same price. The beach is another story. It is so beautiful and peaceful, that you don’t think you’re in that hotel. Playa Dorada is so beautiful and they should get that place back in the map. Definitely not coming back to this hotel and I don’t recommend it either.

This resort was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a small resort to take my kids on their first international trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of games and activities, and it wasn’t over crowded. Everything was clean, reservations were easy to come by, and I never had a hard time finding a good seat by the pool or the beach.

Great food at the Ala cart restaurants!

Property was very clean and modern. Very good nightly entertainment and pool areas. My only complaint is that the beach is a long walk from the common areas.

Замечательное место для семейного отдыха. Чистый удобный номер. Вкусная еда и замечательный кофе))). Весёлая анимация днём и вечером, очень увлекательно. Чистый пляж, великолепная пиццерия. Много хороших ярких эмоций мы получили покатавшись на катамаране с весёлым капитаном. Дорожка к пляжу вдоль пруда с черепахами тоже помогла погрузиться в атмосферу отдыха. Хорошее место: есть всё нужное и ничего лишнего.
