Even though hotel looks good they canceled my reservation 15 min before my arrival. I arrived at 6.30pm, hotel canceled my reservation at 6.15pm. I was left with my family on the street to look for alternative. Manager was hidding and delegating dealing to receptionist who barely spoke English. Just be aware.

Definitely not standard of Marriot Bonvoy. Aweful.

No resort passes! The duvet cover had stains on it. I asked for a clean duvet and cover.They sent a young man who did not know how to make a bed He started to put the mattress cover over the sheets. At 11pm, this was very upsetting.Finally, I asked to have the room changed, so I could have clean cover When I opened the bed, there was a stain that had not been washed out. Wifi did not work in the evening, when I tried to use google translate. Continental breakfeast is good.

One night stay in Puerto Vallarta

It was a comfortable overnight stay. We have been coming to PV for years and only needed a one night stay after a road trip. Everything was good, even the breakfast which I was not sure about after reading some of the reviews. Would stay again for an overnighter.

Where to begin. The room I got had just been cleaned. The floor was completely wet. I went back to the reception. But the guy would not change the room. I said I cannot go in as it is very wet. He said that because I booked with Expedia that is all the rooms they have. Is said ok I turned on the A/C and went out. When I went to bed I noticed there were stains on the sheets and they smelled like they weren’t changed. I went down the next morning and complained. They said the would change the sheets. Of I went to breakfast. What an awful breakfast. The selection was so bad. I have stayed at city express junior and it had eggs and additional items. I again went to reception and again they said if you want a full breakfast you have to pay because you booked with Expedia. Never again.
