Check in was easy, check out was easy
Front staff are available to answer questions via what’s up which is convenient. Pool was ok and clean. No food service at the pool except drink . They bring a pizza truck or a taco truck but otherwise you have to go to Buffet ( other all inclusive in Mexico has plenty of food options by the pool area and they have pool food menu)
The hibachi experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the service wasn’t great either.
French restaurant was good. Overall limited entrees at each restaurant
Steakhouse was very average
Overall compare to all inclusive in Mexico food and service is a bit lower but still good
Berlin in front was very helpful and made communication very easy and pleasant
After dreams we went to Riu Bavaro which was horrible customer service . Overall dream is so much better option than Riu. When we booked our trip some of our choices were sold out. We will not do Riu ever again at any locations.
Dreams need to work on spa menu , not sure why they set the prices crazy high , a massage for $500 at an average resort ?!?! If they set normal prices they will actually have clients and make money !
