Where do I even begin. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Kilvania she is the best. She booked our dinner reservations for us. The activities we did was so much fun. But back to the food I wouldn’t give it a 10 but a three. Breakfast wasn’t great at all, lunch was good and dinner wasn’t that great. If you going to have a pasta restaurant then it needs to taste like Italian

Absolutely amazing place. The entire staff is so accommodating and friendly and they go the extra mile to tend to not only you but also the resort- even down to removing the seaweed from the beach. I definitely recommend Level- the pools and additional restaurant were amazing. Plus our concierge made sure our room was stocked and even had a bubble bath with flowers drawn when we were away at dinner. This place just became my annual vacation!

La peor comida q eh visto en toda mi vida no había nada todo viejo y ni siquiera podías comerlo con un tenedor era con la mano como si fuéramos Animales . Solo algunas personas nos trataron excelentemente bien sin tener q dar propina por una sonrisa y esa persona se llama Ramon en la barra más q un empleado se comportó como familia
Mismo comida vieja todos los días. El agua escondida y caliente de botella horrible no hubo carne solo barriga de cerdo y chuleta de cerdo ahumada en trozos no tenían un solo jugo natural todo de polvo nada fresco . Nunca más
