Our stay at TRS Cap Cana Waterfront & Marina Hotel was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, pampered, and truly cared for. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless – their warmth and professionalism really stood out. The facilities were absolutely exceptional. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the waterfront views, or dining at one of the gourmet restaurants, everything was beautifully maintained and designed for pure relaxation. The atmosphere is serene, upscale, and perfectly suited for couples. Our room was immaculate – spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the high-end amenities, reflected 5-star quality. If you’re looking for a romantic escape without the noise or crowds, TRS Cap Cana is the perfect choice. We loved our stay. Our favorite part was how there were only 110 or so rooms. So it was never a fight for a pool chair, and you didn't have to wait long for service, drinks, etc. The outdoors of resort was absolutely beautiful and ver clean and well kept. The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a bit of upgrades. However, we didn't choose this resort for what the INSIDE of rooms looked like, as the outdoors, pool, food and staff made the experience what it was! We didn't book a vacation to stay indoors! There is no beach, however the free shuttle to Juanillo was the perfect plan in place for those wanting more of a beach scene.

Amazing place to vacation! Adults only all inclusive, very diverse group of people vacation there. we had a swim up and loved it, got service from the bar without having to be in the big pool, it was great! Carlos was out “butler” he was amazing and very helpful! will definitely be going again !

This was definitely not what we expected. While we made the best of it and still had a great time, we were severely disappointed. At check in, there was no typical warm greeting, welcome drink, etc. they also try to not honor Expedia gold amenities. The room upgrade was available but they asked us to pay $350. The wine, we had to beg for. Late check out? Expedia is only 1 hour later vs the 3 hours they give. The beach isn’t a beach- we understood going in that it would be a marina but it was disgusting. Garbage floating, the water was green. The property is “nice” and looks beautiful but isn’t kept up with. The special beach (juanillo) doesn’t come with service, water, snack, towels as promised and it’s gross. There’s no TRS area either. Lots of rocks and glass. We came early and they gave us a room with no decoration that had a filthy TV and dirty floor. We had to protest to move rooms- next door the room was so much nicer by a landslide. Food wasn’t bad but the menu is incorrect. There are a lot of differences between what you order and what you receive. They also cook the speciality food with the same spatulas for all meats/on the same areas. It is not allergy safe. The app is incorrect for which restaurants are open and when. We planned dinners so that we can try each place- only for them to be switched around (even when our butler told us otherwise). Overall, there is no attention to detail. We didn’t feel as special as some guests even when tipping.

There is 50 ft of beach and it is not appealing. It is relaxing if you spend it at the pool. Scenery is nice and you will like the butler service to bring you up to speed quickly. I liked the menu and food was good. Ask for bottled water all the time.

Hotel located 10 minutes by car/taxi from Punta Cana airport. Excellent for resting as it is very quiet and peaceful. Most of the dining options are very good. They have entertainment every night. The facilities are modern and elegant. The staff is friendly, and always willing to help.
