Delta Quebec City is a tired property in the public areas. We were there for 3 nights during the week and the up escalator was not function so we had to walk up. Lobby on entry level is not great and no one available to help with luggage. Had to take elevator to 3 floor then change elevator to get to rooms

The carpeting in our room was badly worn and fraying at the doorway and looked somewhat dirty. Definitely time for replacement. The room was nice, but not very quiet. Road noise was very loud in the room and you could here conversations from out on the street.

The Delta hotel is old with no renovated rooms, staff not very friendly, breakfast was terrible, but the hotel is located in a walkable distance to the heart of downtown and tourist attractions.

The location was fantastic. Very each to walk to many of the attractions and areas in Quebec City we wanted to see. It would have been great to have a less expensive option in the hotel for breakfast. Also, the ice machine was broken. Otherwise, a great stay

The room was clean, and the view was great. There is a restaurant on site that has yummy breakfast. We opted for a la carte as we dont eat non halal meat. One meal was good for 2 people. These are large portions. The location is within 15 min walk of Chateau Frontenac. Lots of up and downhill, but very safe.

Fine but not great

The room itself was spacious and clean. Loaded with tech from at least a decade ago- fancy radios with phone docks for iphone3 for instance. Elevators take forever- two elevators to service a twelve story building. Public areas not very clean, carpets wrinkled. We drive a tiny pickup which wouldn't fit in the garage so we had to park in an unkempt lot with no security and no access into the hotel, you literally had to walk up a dirt path. Still $80 for three days Outside areas of the hotel were filthy- literally a dead pigeon in the driveway for our entire stay, pigeon droppings everywhere, cigarette butts...
