The staff was the only 5* about this hotel This is definitely an older property - the shuttle bus looked a little worn as well - the carpet on the hallway was wrinkled and hard to roll your luggage on - the air conditioning unit was noisy and the bed pillows were the size of throw pillows-

Needs some TLC

Room smelled bad. Like someone had smoked in the room recently. Tub was chipped with sharp edge. Almost cut my foot showering. Carpet was dirty and quite old. Could be a nice place but needs some care.
