Lovely 2 bedrooms villa, private pool with jacuzzi and green tropical garden, fresh color tone of villa make you feel fresh, comfortable & relax.
The villa is located in Rawai, in the south of the island, where is the one popular area for vacation stay, who need privacy, nice stay for family and friends or a couple, many attract point in this area.
Villa Detail :
- 2 A/C bedrooms with en suite bathrooms
- Living room with LCD TV, TV cable, DVD player,
- Fully equipped kitchen , kitchenwares, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, big refrigerator, hot-cold water dispenser.
- Large terrace , for dining & relaxing area
- Private swimming pool with jacuzzi
- Pool deck with 3 sun-beds
- Green tropical garden
- Car parking is available
RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit

- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
