Our residence is a 4 bedroom spacious layout consisting of 660 square meters build up area. New modern style house designed by an Italian architect creating a sophisticate atmosphere throughout the property. Equipped with 13 meter private pool with a comfortable Jacuzzi for you to chill on those hot tropical days.
A 120 square meter roof top floor with a outstanding view over the Chalong bay and a nice sea breeze. The roof top is equipped with a covered bar, dining table, Lounge area with a comfortable L shape sofa.

The Area:
The South of Phuket is a perfect place if you like nature and peace, the house is located about 100 meters of the Friendship beach and has two resorts in a stroll away, these are perfect for dining out.
The view is over the Chalong bay and you can see several islands which you can reach by Kayak or long tail boat.
Twice a week there is a local market just a cross the road supply fresh, fish, meat veggie and fruit all for the local price.
Tesco lotus and the Macro are 2 Km away for all your groceries needs.
Some of the highlight of Phuket within 10 min away: Big Budda (can be seen from the roof top) Elephant rides, Nai Harn beach, Chalong (boat trips). Phrom Cap Cape (the most southern tip of Phuket which is famous for sun set/rice, plenty of bars and restaurants.

The perfect place in Rawai !!

First time to Thailand, this is a great property, nearly on the beach, 200 yards away. Close to quality restaurants and a good dental facility just 2 blocks away. 4 huge bedrooms, the rooftop bar and patio has great views and good privacy. The pool is beautiful and there are sliding doors off of the living room that allow you to sit with your legs in the pool. The only concern one could have would be 26 stairs to get to the first 2 bedrooms and 26 more to get to the second two bedrooms. I like the work out so it was fine. I would definitely stay here again !!

A perfect vacation in Rawai - A central location beach town in Phuket

The villa is absolutely stunning and equipped with everything you need for a stunning vacation. Spacious, Modern, High end, Functional and unlike any condo we had stayed in before. It was hard to drag yourself away from the condo for activities since we had a pool right off of the living room and stunning beach views from the rooftop. The kitchen is fully equipped, the pool has an outdoor shower and sunbathing area, and the rooftop has a comfortable couch and bbq. The host is extremely attentive and timely. We checked in late due to flight delays. The host was waiting for us and gave a tour of the condo and how everything worked. That was very helpful. We asked for a number of services from the host, personal groceries shopping, a chef and and the use of drivers. Everything we asked for was professional and exceeded our expectations. Everyone was on time and provided the best service. The bedrooms are large and have really comfortable beds, each with a balcony with a view. We are a family of 5 and everybody had their own bedroom. Stunning vacation in the middle of all the Phuket attractions. Temples, food markets, many stunning beaches with views and bars as well as secluded beaches were within a 15 minute ride. We used an app that was similar to Uber to get around or hired a driver. Perfect location for your vacation desires.

Amazing villa with an ok location

The villa has an amazing view of the sea and a private pool. The only negative about the place is the Wifi that goes on and off and doesn't work well in the rooms. The location is nice and quiet but if you want more to do, you have to take a tuk tuk. The owner is really friendly and helpful!

Incroyable Villa

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cette villa pour finir notre séjour a Phuket avec un autre couple d’amis, la Villa est hyper spacieuse et surtout super bien équipée . L’endroit idéal pour ce reposer loin de l’agitation de Patong . Encore un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux

Super Villa, sehr zu empfehlen !!

Wir waren mit gesamt 7 Personen für 1 Woche in der Mojito Residence. Die Kommunikation vorab war super, die vereinbarte Checkin-Zeit passte perfekt. Die Villa ist sehr modern ausgestattet, tolle Zimmer, super Pool und eine schöne Dachterasse. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und reagierte bei Nachfragen sofort. In der näheren Umgebung sind gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, eine Bar/Restaurant. Nach Rawai sind es per Taxi ca. 5min, diese sind an der Strasse verfügbar oder einfach per Grab buchen. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!
