Absolutely brilliant, team extreamly friendly, rooms spacious and very clean with everything you need. Only slight niggle is the windows being thin does let noise in a bit, but on a saturday night in a town center its kinda to be expected.

Hotel is lovely, modern and clean however there were 2 issues during my stay. Firstly the air conditioning was not working, it was producing warm air into the room. They sent someone out to look at it however they explained it was on winter mode and did not produce cold air during winter, i would not have booked this hotel if i had known it did not have air con. Also i was woken at 2am by doors being slammed multiple times, after speaking to reception they said it was a member of staff who was delivering items to rooms. Surely staff should be as quite a possible during the night so guests can sleep

Penta-Reading LOVE the Sunday check out time. Entrance outlook -great. For a 4* hotel room- good size bed but to put on two single duvets rather than one large one to fit the bed size is unacceptable! Room desk chair is tired where both sides are worn/torn away. Drew back the curtains‘goodness me the cobwebs” NOT impressed! Breakfast - where’s the teaspoon's? rather then wooden. Jams/butters should be individual packs, and placed near the toaster, not having to walk round the other side of the table trying to locate them. Salt/Pepper twister - please tell the staff to check their full, had to go to three tables before found one! Why are the lobby floors going to the rooms SO DARK, which makes it a struggle to place the entry card in the room door. Overall had a lovely time but please take on board these points raised for a 4* hotel!
