It took three hrs to check in. We had two little kids and keeping them occupied was very hard to do. We even paid for an upgraded room but nothing was available. The staff at the steakhouse restaurant were also very rude. Said no walks in allowed at all after they saw we had two kids with us. We often dine in very fancy places and our kids are very polite and well behaved but we felt discriminated against for having littles which was unfortunate. The pool looked very nice and the room although old and was getting updated soon was still very spacious and nice.

Beautiful Tuscany Tower Room

Was advised that rooms are undergoing some maintenance and changes and may hear noises. Stayed in Tuscany Tower. Big room and bathroom with separate jetted tub and separate dual head shower. Dual sinks and plenty of towels. Toilet would flush by itself sometimes. The mattress was too soft. Didn’t sleep well both nights. AC was knocking when fan turns off.

First time staying at peppermill reno and it was GREAT! Hotel was extremely clean and rooms were as well. Staff was friendly when encountered. The pool was AMAZING, even though we were only able to use one day due to freak summer storm. Best hotel I have stayed in in reno. Will 100 percent be back

All I wanted was quiet room. Room next had just a door in between and they were up at 4:30 tv coughing etc. then people above get up at 5 and noise was lot of stomping etc. I’d like my money back

Not the best experience

Toilet doesnt work so the engineer who was nice came and fixed. Hour later broke again. No idea what to do as the vibe you get is to leave the staff alone. Checkin also was bad - They did not even take me in the front desk lind and helped others w registration. the lady helped others and did not aknowledge me. Luckily there is an automated kiosk I used to check in. If the toilet was working the room would be nice.
