Our stay at Pestana was incredible! The staff were very friendly and gave us great tips about Rio. The bedroom was spacious, and the shower was huge. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

It is an amazing Hotel. Beautiful view. Great Terrace at the front rooms. Pool is gorgeous but could close a bit later since it closes at 6 pm in a hot and beautiful town like Rio. Other than that staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. Top terrace is wonderful. Thank you!!

Hotel cancelled our rooms after we were late checking in due to a several hours delayed flight. However, they did not cancel the charge. Hotels.com wasn't helpful so we had to file a complaint through our bank to cancel the charge. Horrible. Staff at the hotel was very rude, ill-mannered, and unapologetic. Very unexpected given that most people in Rio are quite warm and friendly. Stay away from this "pest"!
