It was an OK stay

The location of the hotel was great for a family member staying close to us, but the overall comfortability of the hotel was mediocre, the hotel is stated needs to be updated and the other guest I believe are probably monthly guest that stay in long-term stays. For the price you would think the hotel would be more modern.

Great continental breakfast. Room was clean. Surprisingly it was quiet, i was able to get good rest. Loved that the tv received local and cable channels.

I will never stay here again

The room was very stuffy the shower head had rust in it when we were not expecting to be out all day but when we got back we wanted to shower and we didnt have wash cloths or towels i called the front office they told me to come get the towels when i got there they said they could only give me 2 towels i explained there are 3 people in my room they hesitated to give me a 3rd towel i asked about wash cloths they tried telling me they had none because cleaning service was gone for the day after arguing with them for a while they finally got the clean utilities key and got me some washcloths they were not happy about it

Found several items like trash and clothing that didn’t belong to us in our rooms. Shows that they didn’t really clean the room thoroughly in between guests. Front desk people were really nice though.
