The staff was great. The hotel itself is dirty. Hope the management keeps the rooms and the outside (walkways, staircases etc.,) clean. In spite of a non-smoking area, people were smoking weed on the premises and that is very disappointing.

When I asked for an extra hand towel, they didn’t have any. When I asked for an extra b Pillow and blanket they said that I already had qn extra pillow and that I’d have to wait an hour for a blanket and then I would need to come back downstairs to get the blanket myself. This was at 10:30pm. Also the sofa bed was not conducive to sleep on, it had the bar poking through and no blanket to cushion the sofa bed. Additionally, any service that appeared to be requested required the guest to come down and get whatever they needed and they would have to wait for their request. Very disappointed. Especially after I spoke with Mohammad over the phone and he was accommodating an early check-in.
