Dear Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown Riverside, CA I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel from February 20 through February 23, 2026. Upon checking in, the room appeared not to have been properly made up. Additionally, the shower was not functioning. When I informed the staff and requested another room, I was told that none were available and that the shower would be fixed. I went out for the day and returned to find that the shower had not been repaired. At that point, I was given a different room; however, the shower in the second room also did not work and only produced cold water. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

The door was broken would close right. I had to slam it 3 or 4 times before it would shut completely. Dangerous for women traveling alone. There were roaches in the bathroom as well.
