Its prime beachfront location, comfortable accommodations with kitchen facilities, a beautiful infinity pool, diverse dining options, and a highly praised staff made it a top choice for my family and I. Housekeeping never came to our room during our 3-night, 4-day stay. I had to call and specifically request someone to take out the full trash and bring additional towels. It was also difficult to get through to the front desk to address the housekeeping issue, which made the experience more frustrating.

Everything was nice, big rooms and clean, expect food was expensive, and all the inclusive per day was outrageous, but if you take a taxi to the westend which is the strip you’ll have fun and great food and cheap!!! Also, our snorkeling guide NELSON was amazing!!!
