EVERYTHING from the moment i walked in the door was FLAWLESSSS! The energy, the service, the food, the drinks, the room, the pool, the beach...EVERYTHING! It's a very personalized feeling there.. they all know my name, my room number, my guests and interests... the staff is extremely helpful and go above & beyond with assisting me in my needs! I'm so grateful for a perfect week, well spent at this Infinity!

Pros: Properly is lovely, beautiful landscaping. The room was spacious, very clean and we felt safe. The breakfast was fine and the egg station was good. The pools are lovely. Location was perfect! Cons: The food was fine, not great just fine and for the price it should have been above fine, it should have been good or great. Double the prices of other places on west bay. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication for the guest was non existent. We went to eat at the hotel on Friday and the waiter told us we had a great seat for the fire dancers, what fire dancers, what music, what entertainment and specials? The board half the time isn’t. Correct or they leave it up and still says the afternoon special? They didn’t communicate with the guest at all. Kind of ticked me off. I paid premium and got less than premium service, not thinking of the guest needs at all. To summarize, we loved the landscaping and our room but food and communication lacking!

Pool was nice and big. The beach access was also nice. Better when the cruise ships aren't in town. The 2 bedroom that we stayed in was very big and spacious.

Check in was single worst experience in a well travelled life. Approx 4 hrs to get into room. Clerk declared 201 was 2nd floor near ocean side. Others going to rooms for entire time but us. Got in room - was 1st Floor!. Roach crawling on counter. Freezer broken, an open bag of ice in freezer... We were not told about free breakfast, no one tried to sell us on prepay services. Room was in a busy corridor for staff from 6a to 9p. This was a horrible experience for us.

We spent a week at a dive resort with limited amenities about 30 minutes away prior to staying one night at Infinity Beach. We much prefer a less commercialized, crowded experience. Also, we would recommend going out in town for dining as what was available at the resort was overpriced and only decent, nothing spectacular.
