Before you evaluate this property, please pause to consider two things 1) Choices in the Area 2) cost and value. If you do that, you wil find that it’s a great options. It’s not the newest property but for the price, it’s immaculate. I’d stay again since if I stayed at the Abbey it would be 4x or more. I spoke with the general manager who was committed to me having a good stay. What’s better than that?

Everything was dirty, the sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the walls. There were yellow stains all over the sheets, and weird dark red stains on the walls. Questionable black stain on the sheet, could have easily have seen bed bugs being in there. On my way out I saw a cockroach on the wall. Awful 🙅

The entire hotel was freezing. The pool room was an icebox, we could not even use the pool. The room was dirty and the sheets and pillows were stained. Will not be back.

Call lack of heat throughout the whole building. No, heat at all in the pool area. But the pool was hot and then again, there was lack of personnel. The breakfast area was not open. Microwave didn't work in room. The door is stuck against the plores. The lambshades were all worn out the places lacking maintenance, something fearless.
The heaters were not working, falling apart and plugged in is that poor room was so cold? There was ice on the inside windows. The windowsills are rotted. The water was 80 something they said. But the room was so cold. There were 2 towels in the hole
So windowsills are rotted ice forming due to lack our maintenance throughout the property. You can see the lack of maintenance from the shower heads to the doors to the temperatures.

Staff was nice but the room was very run down. The bathroom door was damaged and needs to be replaced. The furniture was very dinged up. They did not have the heat turned on either so when I arrived the room was freezing. The pool water was warm but the room that the pool was in was freezing.

Room were not clean and bed was poorly made. I did not want to bring any items into the hotel. The window did not have a screen in it:Thus, someone could fall out of the 2nd floor. The first level bathroom has pee stains behind the seat.

Felt like a number. Only saw a person if you called on the dirty phone on counter. Never checked on breakfast. The meat (if there was any) was gone by 8am. Eggs were cold. Room wasn't bad. Clean and bed super comfortable. Just need more personal contact.

Outside you easily saw gaps in ac/heat units. None of exterior doors locked, so no key needed to enter. Towels, sheets, shower curtains all stained. No hangers in room. Fridge not working properly. Breakfast foods stale and limited. Gym too tight. No sauna at pool. Screens and sheer curtains shredded in most rooms. Think I've said enough.

The outer door to enter where our room was located did not lock behind you even though the sign indicated that you needed a room key to enter. The toilet was unstable and moved when you used. (we are not large people) The microwave in the room smelled so bad we didn't feel safe using it. (microwave was also unplugged) The towels in the bathroom were tiny and threadbare. The towels in the pool area were also tiny and threadbare. Not a good experience at all.
