Had to request different room the pull out bed was covered in blood stains. The new room appeared cleaner (still dirty) requested extra sheets to cover the couch because it wasn’t something I wanted to sit on.

Tv guide listed local stations yet you could not get them. We called down to the desk. They said no we don't have them on our plans so I'm like why do you offer a TV guide in the room showing the local prime Time stations if you can't get them very unhappy about that.

Checkout is at 11. By 8 am staff were knocking on our door, trying to let themselves in to clean. Never said “house keeping” , didn’t even knock twice. After we let them know we weren’t ready, they stood outside our door. So we felt rushed to hurry and leave at that point.
