This is a very nice, very comfortable place to stay. The fishing pier is a great setup. The lights and the cover make it the best pier around. We did not have any issues with any of the facilities. The would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do it justice. We walked in and it was “oh wow!” The layout was perfect, space was great, fishing was great, and we had a dolphin come right up to the bulk head and swim around and under the pier! It was beautiful! Only thing missing was an ice cream scoop.. but that’s a silly thing to be picky about lol

Rockport Visit

The home was lovely and a perfect set up for our growing family. The main area is upstairs and so the AC had some trouble catching up during the daytime to the August heat. However, that is to be expected and we did not feel it was something much could be done about. Just being informative. It was a great place to make memories with our family. The Host was great.

Beautiful home with a great view of the ocean. My family and I really enjoyed fishing from the pier. Nice neighborhood and the drive to the beach did not take long. We would definitely come back.

Relaxing Weekend

We stayed at this property last weekend to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. They did not have anyone checking out on Friday so Charity thoughtfully offered the ability to check in early. The property was clean and included all the kitchen items one might need to cook and clean up. The beds were comfortable and decor was super cute and relaxing, the set up made it easy to walk in and just feel comfortable. One of the things I liked best about the property is that all of the rooms had queen beds which worked great as we are all adult couples. Many properties have at least one room full of bunk beds which is great for children but does hinder use for all adult groups. This is not the case here and we were able to fully use all of the rooms. The dock was great and the fact that it had a cover at the end was amazing! It allows you to use the dock all day even in the hot sun. There is a place for boats so we were able to launch our kayaks with ease to paddle the bay. Fishing was super fun though we didn't get any bites, mainly because there were several dolphins crusing the bay which was really neat to watch. We did also get into the bay to splash around at the end of the dock using the steps. Sunset was just as beautiful as described and it was great that views are unobstructed. The property is a short drive to Rockport beach which we did visit. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home

The home was very nice, very spacious! Descent fishing, pier was spacious and sturdy!! The house does run a bit warm, recommend bringing a small fan. Highly recommend!!!

Peaceful Retreat

This was the perfect place for us to take a quick family getaway. Our two college aged sons loved having the separate space downstairs. We spent most of our time fishing from the wonderful pier and enjoying the beautiful views. The house was wonderful! We are looking forward to coming back!

Great Rockport getaway weekend

The house was great - plenty of space, well equipped, very clean. The beds, pillows and linens were top quality, very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pier, and the sunsets were spectacular!

We had the absolute best time at Gulf Coast Time!

This house is very roomy and has everything you need. The covered end of the pier is everything in the Texas heat. We didn’t catch a lot of fish, but caught enough crab for a crab boil. Charity is amazing and very responsive to any questions and needs you may have! Would definitely recommend staying here. We will book again soon!

Great Place

We met our adult children in Rockport Fulton for a family weekend. My wife, our children and my wife’s sister and daughter are direct descendants of George Ware Fulton of Fulton Mansion fame. We visited the mansion and had a great time. Highly recommended. Also recommend the Boiling Pot restaurant. It’s a dive but great food and great times. Back to the VRBO. The house is as described. We liked the spacious living room, comfortable sofa with plenty of seating. There is a separate dining area with large table. Kitchen was equipped, clean and roomy. All 5 bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of space. The deck was great for watching the sunset and just shooting the breeze. No complaints about this place. It was a great stay. Communications with Charity were pleasant, professional and prompt. Didn’t need to contact her during our stay because everything was perfect, but I felt that if we needed to she was available. Just book the place and thank me later. Alan and family.

Great house on Copano Bay

Nice house on Copano Bay with good-sized pier. Plenty of room. Only thing to note is that downstairs is 2 bedrooms and a jack-and-jill bathroom in the middle, but it is not open to the upstairs. You have to exit a bedroom on the downstairs and walk up the outside stairs to the front door to get to the main area of the house. This would be great for a 2 family stay as one family could had the 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs, and the other family could have the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. But since we had 2 adults and 4 kids, we just used the upstairs. Check-in is super easy. Just use a code to get in. Very clean. Everything worked great, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc. and there were pump hand soaps at all sinks, which I always appreciate! Great place!

Caught few large drum off pier fishing with crab. No trout after the freeze it seems. Used Johan guide service one day and had a great trip. Recommend him. Picked us up from the pier.

Fabulous

If you are looking to get away in a secluded area this is the place. The 5 bedrooms was perfect and the pier WOW! Although the weather was bad we did get to see a beautiful sunset one evening and it was amazing. Highly recommend and the property manager Charity was extremely polite and responsive. Will definitely book again here!
