Toivotamme teidät tervetulleeksi kauniiseen järvitalomme viihtyisällä, tyylikkäästi sisustetulla sisustuksella ja upealla järvinäköalalla. Talo ja sen sisältö ovat tuoreita ja hyvin hoidettuja. Talomme on yksi järven ehdottomasti parhaimmista osista lähellä Gravois-armessa sijaitsevaa 6 mailin merkintää. Olemme hiljaisella laella, joka sopii erinomaisesti vesiurheiluun. Olemme muutaman minuutin päässä suosituimmista ravintolasta / baareista järvellä. Meillä on yhteisöalue perävaunujen varastointiin ja runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, jossa on 2 auton autotalli ja ulkona pysäköinti vielä 5 autolle. Lähellä on käynnistysramppi vesiskootterin tai veneesi asettamista varten. Useat kaasutelakat ovat lähellä The Gas Holea nurkan takana Soap Creekissä sekä Jerk Shack, Jamaikan ravintola, jossa on kaasutelakka. Kookospähkinät, Jolly Rogers, Richard Noggins ja Cabana Jonesin Lakeside Bar ovat kaikki 2 mailin päässä vedestä täältä. Shady Gators ja H. Toad monimutkainen ovat myös lähellä. Ozark-järvi ja Osage-ranta ovat vain 15-20 minuutin päässä vastakorjatun W-tien varrella. Kaikki tarvitsemasi on niin kätevää päivittäistavaroiden, ostoskeskusten, elokuvateatterien, ravintoloiden, golfkenttien, outlet-ostoskeskuksen, Bagnell Stripin, mikroautojen, vesipuiston jne.

Olemme tulleet järvelle ja vuokraamassa taloja monien vuosien ajan. Kaikki talot, jotka vuokrasimme ennen tämän ostamista, olivat mukavia, mutta jokaisesta puuttui myös jotain. Kotimme on täydellinen kaikille, olemme varmoja siitä. Meillä on kaksi oleskelutilaa, kolme makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa king-vuodetta, kerrossänky parivuodepaikoilla ja vyötärö, sekä runsaasti oleskelu- ja oleskelualueita. Jos haluat viihdyttää, rakastat isoa keittiötämme kaikilla tarvikkeillasi ja välineillä. Lähtötasolla on iso makuuhuone, jossa king-vuode, parveke ja oma 5-osainen kylpyamme. Kalustemme astiat, keittiövälineet, kodinkoneet, erityisen suuri pesukone / kuivausrumpu, hiustenkuivaaja sekä lakanat ja kylpypyyhkeet. Tarjoamme myös perustarvikkeita, kuten paperipyyhkeitä ja wc-paperia, roskakorit, astian- ja pyykinpesuaineita sekä jäätä. Ole hyvä ja toimita näiden tarvikkeiden varaosat yhdessä omien rantahuovien ja pyyhkeiden, henkilökohtaisten kylpytuotteiden, siivoustarvikkeiden, kameran, kalastusvälineiden, pelastusliivien, vesilelujen, aurinkovoideiden ja kiikareiden kanssa.

Great Place

The Location is exactly as listed, more than enough room for 6 adults. We had a great long weekend, nice fishing right off the dock, house had plenty of space for us, everything you need is included with the house. Very nice grill on the upper deck and kitchen is equipped for anything you would want to cook. Quiet area at night, great spot for sunsets and looking at the stars at night. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this spot, it was everything we expected and more!

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful stay thanks to Stuart and his wife. Everything was as described. The kids couldn't get enough of the lake and said it was their best vacation ever. Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities for a great time!

Great Family Time at the Lake

Great lake house. Our family, six adults, spent a week at this beautiful house. The house has a great layout with two decks with terrific views. The dock was great for swimming, floating and just hanging out. Also your just 5 minutes from Jolly Rogers. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Love to come back next year.

Perfect location for family vacation

We filled the house for a family get-together and vacation. The house is located close to the fun areas of the lake and has a perfect layout for larger gatherings. The outdoor areas are wonderful and include great views of the lake. The dock sits in good water and provides a great location for sunbathing and swimming. The owner is possibly one of the most responsive we’ve encountered. If you’re looking for a location for family to gather, this is it.

Our stay at this house was perfect. The home was very new, roomy and every comfort and entertainment detail was covered perfectly. The location on the lake could not have been better. Close to some good on-lake restaurants, but a very quite location on the water. The homeowners are very professional and go out of their way to ensure the stay is to your satisfaction. We will definitely be looking to make a repeat stay at this beautiful lake home. Thank you very much!

Breathtaking

This property was amazing. There were 8 adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room for everyone. The property was very clean and well equipped. The kids and us adults had a great time at the dock, swimming and taking in the sun. The view from the house was wonderful too. Plenty of things to do and not once did any of the kids say "I'm bored". The owner was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Memorial Day Weekend!

We had 8 of us in our group, made up of family and friends. This house provided exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, including the decks. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy our meals and time together. The view of the lake was great! We also enjoyed swimming and floating off the dock. The owner was very helpful with making suggestions for best places to go on the lake and the nearby area. We will definitely return!

2024 family vacation

Very happy with view and location. Description of rooms could be more accurate. We had 6 adults and 7 children only 7 beds. We made it work with couches. Also alot of wasps. I know it's summer and have to deal with insects. Overall we were happy.

Perfect place for large groups

We took a trip to MO. to visit family and friends . For us , this house was perfect . It had the space we needed for a large group and a bedroom on the main floor for my 93 yr old granny . The view off both porches were breath taking . Durning our stay we rented a pontoon boat and spent the days in the water . The dock on the lake was perfect for us to dock the boat as well as s swim platform for the kids to jump into the lake from . As for the host Stuart was very attentive to all our needs and a very gracious host . Highly recommend this house .

Stuart Morse was a very helpful host. He made sure we were fully informed and went out of his way to accommodate us. The property is as pictured and is fairly well taken care of considering it is rented continually. The cleaning crew could be quite a bit more conscientious, but I don't think this reflects on the owners. Overall, the property is a good one and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Quite family getaway

Eight adults enjoys long weekend during the off season, just fishing and playing games. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen well stocked as we cooked a lot. Windows and deck are in great need of a power washing. Hard to keep clean but there were tons of bugs and filth on the windows and doors. We’d rent this place again. I suspect during the summer the boat activity would be very busy but fishermen seem to search the area out all day.

Wonderful Home

We just got back from staying in this home. It was a great experience. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is very clean, the beds are VERY comfortable as well as the bedding! The dock is perfect to swim off of or lounge on.. and great to fish from. The cove is very quiet, but not far from some wonderful places to eat. We had 8 people ranging from ages 10-48 and there was something for everyone. The decor is beautiful.. you can tell the owners took a lot of thought into making things very welcoming. The owners are also very easy to work with and quick to reply to any questions we had! Great vacation.. we highly recommend this home.

Couldn't have asked for more

This home was wonderful ! It was perfect for our group of 9 but could have easily fit more with the air beds. The wasn't anything missing. Beautiful, clean house, comfortable beds, every kitchen gadget you'd need, well maintained house and dock. A perfect spot on the lake! Calm enough water for water snobs to get an early morning session in and then spend all day pulling the kids around on their various water toys. We will certainly be back! Thank you Stuart, for opening up your home to us!

Family/Friends trip

The property was perfect! The pictures don't do it justice. Great location for relaxing and not too far from most of the attractions that you would want to visit. The dock is top notch in a cove that wasn't overly busy. We took our boat. Unfortunately, it had some mechanical issues that needed to be repaired . The owner went way out of his way to attempt to resolve these issues from local repair shops. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone! We just hope it is available for the next time we decide to visit.

Beautiful view and house

The view of the lake from the house and even to dock are beautiful. This house has tons of room for multi families to each have their own space. Kitchen and dining room was big enough to fit everyone as well. The house was stocked with plenty of amenities. Grill was pretty decent to cook on too. We spent a lot of our time on the dock or in the water. Concrete dock tiles were great, better than a wood deck during the hottest days. The dock was also equipped with the best stairs/ladder for getting in and out of the water. Nice deep water for jumping and diving. During busy days the water can get pretty choppy. My family and I would definitely stay here again!!

Great big family getaway

Great house in a great location with plenty of comfy beds and room for our large family. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and swimming during the days and then grilling on the deck at night. The only drawback was the home owner requiring a second lease and asking for our personal credit card info which we didn’t provide him. The 2nd lease also had some odd costs like $25 to move a chair back to the right place. It also required us to take numerous pictures of the grill before and after use to prove we didn’t leave it a mess other wise he would have charged us an additional $100 to clean it. Although it was filthy when we arrived. Overall we had a great time and it was a great fit for our family.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home on the lake! The house is equipped with everything you need for comfort and convenience while you are there. It was really nice having two refrigerator/freezers and the ice makers were an added bonus. The swim dock was great and there was a boat slip with power. We were looking for a quieter part of the lake so we appreciated that people in the nearby houses were respectful and not disruptive. You don't have to travel too far by boat to find places to eat, drink, or listen to music. The only thing we would have liked is some sort of a path to walk/hike on. The dirt road leading to the cabin was obviously very dusty and there was no shoulder or sidewalk to walk on. We did visit Lake of the Ozark State Park and Ha Ha Tonka State Park but it was a pretty good drive to get some hiking in. The owner was nice to work with and communicated well.

Parents 50th anniversary get away

We had a great time staying for my parents 50th anniversary celebration. The family was able to get together after a year off from covid restrictions. We were able to boat two days, kids enjoyed swimming off the dock, we fished every night. Catching some of the biggest catfish we have ever seen..one weighing 13 lbs. there were a few hiccups with the bugs/spiders outside but that’s expected for that area. The tv was a little confusing to figure out but was able to call Stuart and get it figured out. He answered every question I had. The only thing we would reconsider is the steps. My older folks had a time with them. But once down to the dock it was very nicely setup with chairs. It rained the first day for half the day. But the weather was nice and clear the next days for Labor Day weekend. Stuart had a few requests for checkout day which were I would consider the normal cleaning up after yourselves. If your looking for a comfortable homey great location home. This is it!

vacation 2019

My family and I had a great time at "YOUR BEST VACATION EVER". The location was perfect for us, away from the main channel, in "Indian Creek Cove" but still close enough to some bars, restaurants and gas stations. FYI, Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar and Grill has the cheapest gas in the area on the water. We rented a wave runner from them too. Very reasonable. The house was perfect for us. There are not enough beds to sleep15 but the couches were pretty comfortable. We also brought a air mattress. The boat slip and dock were awesome. The water right off the dock is 20' deep. Perfect for jumping right in. The house has everything you need to prepare your meals. No doubt he bugs are bad (your pretty much done outside by 9pm) but we had fun inside regardless. Great movie selections, games and cards. The Dollar General store at Y and W has almost everything you need for the week with the exceptions of a few groceries. We went to Gerbes in Eldon. Local place with great prices (fruits and veggies not so great). Stuart was awesome to work with. We would defiantly go back.

Wonderful Vacation!

Stuart's house on the Lake of the Ozarks is beautiful and well equipped. It was great to have 2 refrigerators (and even a wet bar downstairs) and all the appliances were new including the washer dryer. We had plenty of space for our two families and grandkids. Everyone enjoyed the swimming dock and opportunity for fishing. We had room to park our trailer before heading down to the house, and the public boat ramp was really nice and convenient. Communication with Stuart was excellent. Only problem we had was the internet speed for streaming was slow and lagged a bit (especially if both upstairs and downstairs are trying to stream their favorite shows at the same time). But regular satellite TV worked fine. The upstairs living area has an apple TV, DVD player and surround sound that is awesome. Downstairs also has a nice TV and old playstation. If you want to catch a movie, check out Marcus Theatres in Lake Ozark. they have $5 movie tuesdays with free popcorn if you sign up for a free rewards account, and no fee online ticketing where you select your seats. Thank you Stuart and Carla for sharing your home with us! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation!

Renters beware. Stay away unless you want to pay to repair this mans vacation home.

Me and my friends every year for 8 years straight, take a fishing. We are all 30+ all of us married most of us with kids. We cleaned up more than most as we were leaving. Vaccumed the carpets, swept off both decks even mopped up the kitchen floor and i personally scrubbed off the dock to remove any evidence that we were fishing. Scrubbed off the grill cleaner than it was when we got there and set him a picture as was required. His response was to "please clean the grill again". Threw all towels in the washer as asked. Basically left the house cleaner than when we arrived. After a couple days i get a message that he is charging me extra for damage that we flat out did not do. Said he found superglue in a sink when no one at the place had any glue. Said he found hot spots on his kitchen table from not using hot pads. I personally did all the cooking and always used hot pads and never used the kitchen table. Those hot spots were there when we arrived. Somehow claimed we damaged the fireplace glass tint and no of us even know the place had a fireplace. Charged me for a towel that had a dime sized discoloration and he's charging me to replace it when we diden't wash the towels his cleaning lady did. The only thing we may have been guilty of was not using a coaster so an end table had a water ring that could take 5 min to clean. This man is a scam artist. Don't rent this place unless you are willing to scrub the floor with a tooth brush.

Excellent Property and Location

We loved our stay here! The location, private dock, and property were excellent. There were plenty of extra linens, supplies, etc. and we had everything we needed.
