The location of this room is so ideal. It's a couple blocks from the Terimini station and so walkable. We took the Leonardo Express straight from the Fiumicino airport. The hotel allowed us to check in early, the room was so clean and the bed was so comfy(King) I don't know what I loved more the staff and how helpful everyone was (Breakfast, front desk or cleaning staff) or location. It was so close to the tram stations that took you everywhere, Colesseum, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, all the popular shopping streets. You can tap your ticket right at the fare gates. We did rent a car because we drove to Naples and the Amalfi Coast and their was parking available around the streets. We had trouble with the parking kiosk because everything was in Italian, but the hotel staff was so amazing and even came outside to assist. I know they didn't have to do that, but he did and I thought it was the kindest gesture. We tried all the restaurants around the hotel and they were all delicious. If you are coming from the US make sure you bring a converter for your gadgets. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!

Always a pleasure

I have stayed here foir many years and have always felt at home. The convenience to Termini is a major plus for me. Access to so many bus lines and the Metro are a great asset. The staff is always very helpful and accomodating. If you stay here, do include the daily breakfast; the choices of food is excellent...a great way to start the day.

We booked a triple room and it has two bathrooms with 1 bath, 1 shower and 3 sinks! The design of the room is very smart with plenty of rooms for luggages and closet to hang up clothes as well.

A fabulous hotel

The hotel was wonderful with exactly what we wanted in a room. We even had a balcony, which was a real treat. The staff was wonderful and helpful. A great location to walk to all the sits.

A very strong experience. The hotel is 5 minutes from Roma Termini and the metro so is very well positioned. Like a lot of areas around main train stations, there are signs of homelessness but it still feels a very safe area. Very well placed for tourist attractions either by metro or by walking too.

Hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini but the street is away from seedy areas around the station. We walked to Trevi fountains, Colloseum & Spanish steps . There were number of dining options around . Our room was generous in size and provided a very comfortable stay. The lady at reception who check us in & out was friendly and efficient, we would recommend the hotel as an excellent option for short/long stay in Rome.

I loved the service from everyone they where great at the front desk, the clean up service, one problem was everytime we called food service nobody would answer, we would have to call the front desk and they would get someone on the phone. The hardest part was the inaccessibility around the hotel, the ramps to get to the restaurant are super steep so I had to go backwards, then I almost fell the second steep ramp, I had to be helped getting up the ramps on my way out and I had a smart drive on that couldn't handle how steep they are. And third the shower for someone in a wheelchair completely disabled it was hard, the first room didn't have a handle bars placed correctly so there's no way to hold your balance if you don't have good balance, your falling forward, the second room they gave my did have one handle bar in the correct place but still needed help because the shower chair was to small and out of plastic it was just a hard time overall but we managed luckily my GF was there
