The check-in staff did a bait and switch in terms of paying for breakfast quoting a price which wasn’t real because there was a huge tax added on that they should’ve mentioned In the beginning. i’ll never go back to this hotel and will tell everybody not to go.

The room smelled really bad like cigarette smoke or something, but otherwise was fine for a one night stay. The location is great for going to airport, but otherwise there’s nothing around. Food in the restaurant was pretty good!

Convenient location close to airport with airport shuttle however our king sized bedroom had a terrible strong urine smell. Recommend that Bathrooms need better cleaning using food smelling disinfecting cleaners. It made our stay unpleasant as the smell came from the bathroom into our sleeping area.

Prefer regular Hilton at Fiumicino

The staff were all wonderful. Check-in was easy. But the lobby, bar and restaurant have all the charm on the hospital cafeteria. When we went through the doors to the area where the elevator is for the room, everything seemed tired and old. There was a few scraps of paper on the floor in the elevator. Not very welcoming.
