The entire property is in need of a lot of care, it is like the Hilton is letting the property fall apart. The elevators have issues as well as the card readers and doors to the rooms. There was black mildew in our bathroom and the TV did not work. When we tried to call down to the front desk no one answered as they are very short staffed. We had to wait in long lines at the front desk to get anything done like having the TV fixed and getting new key cards so we could enter our room. The beds are hard as rocks and not a true King! The ONLY positive was that the breakfast was great with fresh fruits and very nice pastries. Would not stay here again.

Clean and efficient. Good restaurant and breakfast. Good bed. Convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is a problem common with many hotels. Poor pillow quality and using small pillows on a king bed vs king pillows on a king bed.

Shuttle to airport runs all night long every 15 minutes, that’s convenient for that 6 am flight out of Rome. Staff had a boxed breakfast made up for us when we left at 3 am. Would stay here again.
