convenient for the airport. Nice and clean. We were surprised that the shuttle only stops at one terminal and then we had a long walk back to terminal 1 from T3 drop-off.

No communication

I was told wrong information regarding the charge for breakfast. When asked if a free breakfast was available, the clerk said no, but for 1 euro you could come down for breakfast. I thought that was a reasonable price & agreed. My friend also was told the same thing. When I received the bill I was charged 25 euros plus 12 euros tax. When I questioned the bill with the hotel via email I’ve heard nothing as of today. Very disappointing with no response to my inquiry.

The dining was better than expected and staff were friendly. But the shower was outdated and the toilet seemed like it might come off the wall. It is very isolated- nothing is around to walk to. The shuttle was convenient.

Decent (although very expensive) airport hotel in a somewhat isolated industrial area. I had questions about the hotel shuttle and tried to contact through Expedia messaging twice but they didn’t respond. I was able to answer my questions using Google but did not like being ignored.

The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were amazing! Food was delicious and there was such a variety and it was plentiful!! Hotel was extremely quiet. I did not hear any planes flying overhead. Great night sleep! The manager was extremely helpful. He stored our bags for us during our breakfast, and even weighed them for us to make sure they were not too heavy for the plane. A great way to end our trip in Italy.

I booked a stay here for Friday through Travelocity and when I went to check in that day, they said my reservation was for Saturday the following day. They did not have any other rooms and I have not heard back from Travelocity after sending them an email. I would not suggest booking through Travelocity. I’m not sure if it what’s the fault of the hotel or Travelocity. I can’t imagine accidentally booking it for a day when I knew I would be flying out in the morning.
