Hotel is very close to Rome train station which is very convenient. Our room was in need of some TLC. Bed nice, clean, comfortable. Toilet area clean and serviceable but no extra roll of toilet paper, bath was in need of repair especially the tap wear. Walls needed painting.

We would not stay at this property again. We chose it for its proximity to the train station (you can't beat it!) and the fact they offered luggage storage for multiple days while we went to Naples. However, the staff when we left our luggage was very unhelpful and annoyed with us. We asked questions and he would not answer them and just say "check your email" for our luggage storage confirmation. When we returned to stay one night before our flight home, we waited 20 minutes for someone to be at the front desk so we could check in (we arrived ~9pm). We were in our room 6 hours before we had to leave for our train and that was almost too long. The room had a WC but the shower opened directly into the rest of the room, there was a curtain to separate from the bed but the shower and drink were basically in the room without separation. It was very awkward. In addition, the holder for the shower head was broken so it held it at a weird angle where we had to be crammed in the corner. The water pressure was non-existent. I cannot imagine staying here for any length of time again.

The room was okay. Our room key card works on the first day we checked in the hotel. The automatic device alerted us that battery is low. The front desk guy was told about the battery is low on the key pad same day. Next day we left the room and late afternoon we couldn't get into the room. Waited for the hotel maintenance guy, he changed one battery on the key pad. Next day we left the room and can't get in again. This is third day our last day, told the front desk staff and he changed all batteries so we can get into our room that evening. The room was strangely designed with a panel across the mirror in front of the bath tub and the sink is below it. I need to bend down to see my face. The small tables are all lean downward because it has no legs for support. The refrigerator is clear glass with a blinking light all day/night. You will need to cover it otherwise you will see consistently a blinking light while you are sleeping. The air was cool enough. The building is outdated. This is mostly common through out Italy or other European countries. Good location near the train station and restaurants all around the hotel.

very close to roma termini and restaurants. Room is spacious. Luggage storage provided is more secured, in room that's not accessible by anyone else except the hotel staff, than the other hotels that i stayed.

We stayed in Room 1419. It was very quiet and updated bathroom. The only issue was that the shower hot water took time before it started to run hot. There are lots of dining places very close by. The reception staff were helpful.
