DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The most uncomfortable beds that can e er imagine. They are toddler size and only a sheet for bedding. You have to climb three flights of stairs to get to registration desk only to get to an office with no air conditioning. Then were taken to another building with no elevator. We were given 4 keys to get into the building and into out room. Do yourself a favor, do not stay at this hotel.

Near main train station

As a Singaporean, first time to check in to this type of hotel. Anyway the room is clean and good enough for rest and sleep. Hotel is very near to the main train station and subways, so I think this is the main reason to book this hotel. And the whole area has plenty of this type of hotel - very plain with no other amenities or luxury.

Best stay at Hotel Ciao

This hotel is in a great location to explore Rome. Surrounded by great little bars & restaurants & termini is straight across the road. The room was lovely, comfortable bed & en suite, what more could you ask for. So peaceful during the night as well. The host & hostess were amazing & so helpful, couldnt do enough for you & a mine of Information! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this little spot.

I have stayed 3 nights in an anex building. The room was nice with simple furnishings, clean towels every day and complimentary coffee and tea bags. I also had a small refrigerator in my room. The only small issue - the mattress was a little too hard for me, but that's just my preference.

Really close to the Rome terminal station which has many options for food and shopping. There's a big supermarket across the street as well. Staff at check-in help you get familiar with the city and give you tips for sightseeing. Bathroom is pretty crammed, the only downside.

It was a very great stay! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel was in a good area, I was a bit nervous about staying near the train station, but we didn’t have any issues, even when walking at night. We were able to walk to all the big sights in one day and there were plenty of great restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again!
