We stayed here for a few days at the start of a trip to Italy. It wasn't the most conveniently located hotel for exploring the famous sites of Rome, but it wasn't a horrible location, either. We were able to easily navigate the buses and trains to areas we wanted to visit (a bus stop is right outside the property, and buses can take you to a train station). We were sad that the pool was out of commission during our stay, but things happen and the staff provided vouchers to visit the pool at a different hotel nearby. There was also a mall next door that had a variety of shops and dining options.

Broken Room Phones: Phones didn’t work, forcing us to go to the lobby for any request. 4. Unprofessional Conduct: At 2 AM, I was ignored by the front desk receptionist, who prioritized a personal conversation. A photo is attached. 6. AVOID - even if they pay me to stay, i will never again stay! Room significantly smaller than advertised. Air-conditioner will tske you 20-30 years back in the past, the machine managed to cojjjol the room from 27.6 C to 25.4 C in 18 hours that we stayed in the room. Non chalant attitude of the 2 techinicians who came to see the room about the failure to cool - said " uts like this in the entire hotel" After a lot of back and forth, the technician and reception team said we could see another room but the aircon will be no different. Good breakfast provided.

Not everyone sits in a bathtub. Shower curtains should be provided for people that take showers standing to avoid water spills. TV’s should be programmed for different languages. Refrigerator should work. There should be window screens to avoid flies and spiders coming in. Rooms are super small for the price. Fake pictures & false advertisement on the web. The additional tax was unexpected & unfair. I had paid everything online. Hidden charges are not good for business. The hotel was outdated, 70’s style. Mattress & pillows were super uncomfortable.
