Large room with separate bathroom that has a small hallway between. Talk ceilings and beautiful decor! Great locale with lots of diving and shipping. The hotel has gluten free options that will blow your mind!!! There is a beautiful courtyard area where you dine. The staff are incredibly friendly and so very helpful! Would definitely book again!

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and there was loud construction noise starting at 9am, which made it difficult to relax while on vacation. The breakfast was mediocre with limited options. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, everything was clean, and the property smelled fresh and pleasant.

Great location

Wanted to stay in a hotel that had that had an Old World feel and it did not disappoint. Our room was huge and super roomy. The breakfast area was so pretty and the food of course was hearty and good. Location is close to Termini station. Highly recommend!

Our family of three stayed at Hotel Quirinale in August 2025 and absolutely loved it. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and full of authentic charm. The free breakfast had something for everyone, which was a great way to start our days. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

I loved this hotel and its staff. The only issue I had was the shower in our room. It had a large shower head which I loved but only half a shower door so instead of enjoying our showers we had to watch out for the water to make sure it did not leak onto the floor.

Friendly staff and lovely place though past its prime. Doesn’t matter though because it was fun for us to stay at a hotel where Giuseppe Verdi and later Maria Callas stayed! The best thing is the breakfast in the beautiful garden! The worst thing is the coffee. The coffee machines should be replaced!!!

This hotel is lovely. The hotel restaurant is very good with great service. It is not in a pedestrian only area which would have been quieter. My room faced the street and not the inner courtyard. There was a pub on the corner that blasted music every single night of my stay until 1130 pm. Which truly annoyed me. Ask for an inner courtyard facing room. Overall though I really enjoyed. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are big and lovely.
